iOS Error H401

Due to a May 2021 server update in FarFaria, iOS users may be encountering Error H401 when opening FarFaria.  

If you are experiencing Error H401 please do the following:

  1. Delete FarFaria from your mobile device.
  2. Reinstall FarFaria from the Apple App Store.
  3. Restore your subscription.

After deleting and reinstalling, please restore your FarFaria subscription.

Please note, we no longer support operating versions prior to iOS 11 as Apple is no longer updating its developer tools for those iOS versions. In order for the restore to work your device will need to be running iOS 11 or later.
