How to Use FarFaria on Multiple Devices

As of January 31, 2023, FarFaria no longer supports website subscriptions, Educator subscriptions, gifts, and mobile annual subscriptions will no longer be supported. Additionally, FarFaria has discontinued support for Amazon App Store purchases and app use on Kindle devices. Monthly subscriptions will still be available for purchase within the FarFaria app. 


How to Access Your FarFaria Subscription on Multiple Devices

A subscription to FarFaria can be accessed on up to 5 mobile devices.

For a Subscription Purchased via the Apple App Store:

First, make sure you are logged in to the same iTunes Account/Apple ID used to purchase FarFaria. On your Apple device:       

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap iTunes & App Store

The Apple ID you are logged into will displayed. If this is not the ID used to purchase FarFaria log out of this ID. To log out of this ID:

  • Tap the Apple ID. 
  • Tap log out.
  • Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase FarFaria. (This Apple ID will be listed on the email that you received from the App Store at the time of purchase.). 

Then Restore your subscription. After ensuring that you are logged into the correct Apple ID, you can Restore your FarFaria subscription.

  • Download FarFaria from the Apple App Store.
  • Launch FarFaria on your iOS device.
  • On the Subscription pop-up page, tap "Restore Purchase"
    • If you do not see the Subscription pop-up page tap Parents and enter your year of birth. Then tap Subscription and Restore Subscription.

For a Subscription Purchased via the Google Play Store:

Before following these instructions, please ensure that you have the most recent version of FarFaria installed on your device. 

Option 1: Login to your Google Play Store Account on Each Device

If you are attempting to access your Google Play Store subscription on a new Android device, you simply need to be logged in to the same Google Play Store Account used to purchase FarFaria. You should be able to access your subscription on up to five of your Android Devices. At the time of purchase, you should have received a receipt from the Google Play Store via email. Google Play will automatically send you a receipt with purchase, so make sure to check your spam filter as well. If you find this receipt, you can identify what Google account you should be logged into. 

*Please make sure you are logged into the Play Store on all of your devices with the same Google account used to purchase your FarFaria subscription.

Option 2: Login to your FarFaria account via the FarFaria Parents menu

1.     Install FarFaria on your device 2.     Launch the FarFaria app  3.     Tap on  Parents and enter your Year of Birth 4.     Tap Subscription then tap Login to Activate

5.     Enter your FarFaria registered Username and Password

*If you can't remember your FarFaria password, you can reset it here.


For a Subscription Purchased via FarFaria.com:

As of January 31, 2023, FarFaria will no longer be supporting subscription purchases via our website. Your subscription will remain available until its current expiration date. After your subscription expires, it will not auto-renew.  

1.     Install FarFaria on your device

2.     Launch the FarFaria app 

3.     Tap on Parents and enter your Year of Birth

4.     Tap Subscription then tap Login to Activate

5.     Enter your FarFaria registered Username and Password

Using FarFaria Across Platforms (i.e. on both iOS & Android Devices):

Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store cannot be used across platforms.


IMPORTANT: FarFaria no longer supports operating versions prior to iOS 11. In order to activate your subscription on an iOS device, you must upgrade to iOS 11 or later.
